Integration with venue IT departments is hugely important to the success of our systems.
Our Priority
A key aspect of any installation is how the client interacts with the system. As well as providing touchscreens, buttons and trigger controls, we seamlessly integrate with all kinds of BMS and other AV control systems, often already present.
Our Process
Current client workflow is always taken into account, from 24hr security, right through an action-packed matchday and back to 24hr security for turn off. We can also include time-of-day programming and complex logic in this.
The Importance of Seamless Integration
While not network, endpoint or traffic-heavy, our control system deserves the best in network signal. VPN access from local IT departments gives us full ability to upload new programming remotely and dial-in to solve any issues that may occur.
